Morgan Solar Nominated for FUTURE 50, Canada’s Fastest Growing Clean Economy Companies

Toronto, Canada  - Morgan Solar Inc (MSI) is pleased to announce that it has been named as part of the Future 50, the fastest growing Canadian companies whose business activities align with the transition to a global clean economy.

Cities are responsible for 2/3rds of all energy consumption in the world. A large portion of that energy expenditure occurs because buildings are not designed to adapt to, or make use of, their solar environment.

Pulling from a global network of sensors Morgan Solar has developed digital twins that feed into our advanced light modelling capabilities. This immense pool of data has allowed MSI to create adaptive energy producing building materials, like blinds, slats and brise soleils that react to the sun’s position.

Morgan Solar’s products are beneficial on two fronts: First, they help the building itself produce more of its own energy. Second, since MSI technologies alter their position relative to the sun, they help to regulate internal temperatures and decrease a building’s total energy demand. In short, the company is creating intelligent building envelopes that respond actively to their environment.

We are pleased to be a part of Canada’s fast growing clean economy.” says Mike Andrade, the company’s CEO. He is proud to see Morgan Solar recognized as a leader and hopes that its success continues to inspire further investment across the industry.
